Sarah's work is subtle, yet deeply profound. Her gentle spirit and compassion provide an exceptionally safe environment for my body to let down its guard and allow the change that is ready to come forward. She is incredibly adept in using finger modes to interpret my body's message. I find her work brings forward change on the deepest levels.

I came to see Sarah for chronic headaches and anxiety. In my first session with her she helped me unwind birth trauma that had created a compression in my central nervous system. After a handful of sessions with her my headaches are gone and my anxiety is much relieved. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
Working with Sarah I have finally thrown off chronic illness as well as underlying patterns of stress and trauma. Her gentle cocktail of practices has likewise elevated friends and family. We are blessed to work with her; she is a gifted healer.
When I went to see Sarah, I was dealing with chronic eczema. She helped me recognize and let go of some rage I had been holding since childhood. Within a few sessions of listening to my younger self, my eczema is almost completely gone.
Sarah helped a part of me come out of freeze and reclaim safety in my root through unwinding trauma from a sexual assault. She created safety and permission for my body to let go in ways I hadn’t even realized I needed to. My sleep and digestion have improved and I now have more access to intimacy and joy with my partner.
Sarah has supported me through many of life's challenges. She has amazing insight and boundless empathy to help guide me to a healthier place. She accepts me as I am whenever I walk in her treatment room and helps relieve the physical or emotional aches and pains while helping me understand the root cause, so I walk out that much stronger. I can't recommend her enough!
